Thousands of residents took part in The Take Part, Take Part festival which ended at the weekend with a series of grafity-defying free running stunts.
Barry He, 15, head of the South London Parkour team, organised free workshops teaching the basic movements of the sport in Sutton High Street.
Children and their parents enjoyed more sedate festival activities on Sunday with a beetle bottling championships at Mayfield Lavender field in Carshalton.
There was also a chance for local people to suggest how Sutton Council should spend £2,000 in their areas during the Sutton Speaks public debate.
Councillor Ruth Dombey, deputy council leader, said: "This year’s Take Part,Take Pride was a huge success with almost 200 events going on around the borough over the week.
"It was fantastic so many different people from across the community come together and really showcase the best of Sutton.
"Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this year’s festival our biggest and best yet.”
