Two second-half goals gave Ashford Town a 2-0 victory in their pre-season friendly at Clevedon Town on Saturday, writes Terry Ryan.
The opener came in the 62nd minute when Brett Cooper broke into the box before squaring for young winger Warren Harris to sweep the ball past sub keeper Dan Hughes.
Victory was sealed in the 76th minute when skipper Paul Johnson, back after a long injury lay-off, crossed for striker Gavin Smith to net with a trademark far post header.
