Some MPs have come under fire for taking extended holidays during Parliament’s record 82 day summer break this year, but it is business as usual for Epsom’s MP Chris Grayling.
This week Chris Grayling was still at work in Westminster and is continuing his regular constituency work including holding surgeries throughout August.
He is also scheduled to make major policy speeches on crime during August in his role as shadow home secretary and has a series of appointments and engagements booked in his constituency.
He said: “I am operating as normal - I am always around in the summer but I will be having a two week family holiday later.”
