Who sadly passed away after a long illness, aged 51, on Friday 24th July at St Raphael's Hospice.
"May you rest in peace no more suffering or pain".
Mick will be sadly missed by Loraine, Jack, Rebecca, family and friends.
Funeral to be held on Monday 3rd August 1.30pm at St Lawrence Church, Morden.
No flowers please, donations if desired to St Raphael's Hospice
