Peter Hoare was found safe by automatic numberplate-reading machines
A 52-year-old man who disappeared from his Cheam home for more than a week has been found safe and well.
Automatic numberplate recognition cameras alerted police to Peter Hoare’s BMW on the Ewell bypass.
Officers spoke to him again at Sutton police station on Saturday, July 25, to confirm he was okay.
Concern had been growing after Mr Hoare left his address in London Road on Monday, July 13.
