In no other city in the world can one wander along the bank of the river, sitting on giant sofas made of astroturf, looking at trees with polka dot trunks. Sure, Barcelona has a nice park and Paris has a large tower. New York is full of skyscrapers and Sydney has an opera house but only in London will you find a line of bridges all completely unique and century old tradition walking the street. I often wonder why foreigners would want to come to England, rainy England, but walking through London today, I realised; why would you go anywhere else?
