The sun was shining for Sunday’s church fun day at Fishponds in Surbiton.
More than 1,500 people spent the afternoon sharing their love of God and taking part in quizzes, live bands, fishing games and hair braiding.
There was also a prayer tent for healing, words of spiritual encouragement and dream interpretation.
Visitors scoffed a whopping 750 burgers, 100 veggie burgers, 500 hot dogs and 2,000 cakes, all for free.
The mayor of Kingston also attended and was said to be impressed at the unity of eight borough churches which helped organise the event.
