Surrey Police are linking the theft of a classic car in East Molesey last month with two similar incidents in Ashford, Surrey.
The white Triumph Stag was taken from a car park of the Smileessence dental practice in Bridge Road, at some point between 3am on Friday, July 17, and 2.30pm the following day.
This incident was followed by the theft of a green Triumph Stag from the driveway of a property in Arlington Road, Ashford, between 9pm on Saturday,July 25 and 6am on Sunday, July 26.
The third theft, this time of a red Ford Mustang, took place between 9.30am on Saturday, August 1, and 10.50am on Monday, August 3. The car was taken from the front yard of a property on Staines Road West, Ashford.
All three of the rare vehicles have yet to be recovered.
