Seven motorists were hurt in a five-vehicle crash in Wallington this afternoon.

Three ambulance cars were called to the collision scene, in Stafford Road, shortly after 3pm.

Paramedics were sill treating seven patients at the scene an hour later.

But a spokesman said their injuries were not serious and that no one had been taken to hospital.

About two hours earlier, police, firefighters and paramedics attended another crash in Wallington.

The fire brigade said one driver needed treatment after a lorry and a car crashed at a roundabout near Manor Road.
