Crystal Palace have been slapped with a second transfer embargo, less than a month after the last one was lifted.
The Eagles reportedly still owe money to Ipswich Town for striker Alan Lee, who they bought from the Tractor Boys for £650,000 last summer.
Last month they had the original embargo, imposed because of money owed to ex-players, lifted, allowing manager Neil Warnock to bring in Claude Davis before the transfer window shut.
Warnock's plans to bolster his strike force now though have been put on hold with the news that he is again unable to bring players to the club.
