A Carshalton builder has been found guilty of two separate offences of flytipping in Wallington and Carshalton.
Simon Sparkes, 31, of Roche Walk, Carshalton, pleaded guilty at Sutton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 9, to two charges of dumping rubbish.
The first charge related to doors, flooring and other renovation waste being dumped behind the Chase in Wallington on October 29, 2008.
The rubbish was traced to a household in Carshalton, who identified Sparkes as the man contracted to clear away the waste.
Sparkes was also found guilty of dumping building waste at Stanley Road in Carshalton on November 3, 2008, after a witness recorded his vehicle registration.
He was fined a total of £200 and ordered to pay £65 costs.
