A 21-year-old man who was in the passenger seat of a car which crashed into a roundabout died on Friday.
The Epsom man, who was seriously injured when a Citroen Saxo collided with a roundabout in Longmead Road, died in hospital from head an chest injuries.
Police said the dark-coloured car failed to negotiate the roundabout with Almond Road at about 11.55pm on Saturday, September 12.
According to Surrey Police, the driver braked hard leaving long skid marks on the road, but crashed into the wall edging the roundabout.
The driver of the Saxo, a man in his 20s, also from Epsom, has been arrested by police and released on bail pending further enquiries into this incident.
