A robber held a man in a headlock while another man went through his pockets and stole his belongings, police said.
The victim was walking along on Battersea Church Road on Tuesday, September 8, about 11pm, when he was followed by two white men, who were sat on a bench near to St Mary’s Church.
As the man turned on to McKeirnan Court, on Shuttleworth Road, the two robbers punched him in the head and held him in a headlock.
After taking his belongings they walked to the car park outside Gaitskell Court, Shuttleworth Road, where they picked through his possessions.
The suspects are described as two white males, aged 14 to 20 years, 5ft 9in and 6ft 2in tall. Both had a slim build and were wearing black hooded tops.
