A road in Kingston town centre will be shut this evening to allow cameras to carry out evening filming.
St James Road, home to the Works, relaunched last week as the Hippodrome, the county court and Chic-o-land, will be closed between Eden Street and the NCP car park entrance from 6.30pm to 4am. No delays are expected.
Staff at Chic-o-land and women's clothes shop Brilliant were unaware of the road closure when the Surrey Comet spoke to them earlier this afternoon, and did not know what the film was.
Kingston Council charges for licences to film in the borough, which helps bring extra income into the public coffers.
The latest Harry Potter film included scenes of Harry and Professor Dumbledore at platform one and two of Surbiton station filmed in November 2007.
