Members of the public are wanted to help review the performance of GPs across Kingston.

Kingston NHS Primary Care Trust is looking for people to go on visits from January to March next year on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons for about two hours.

Chief executive David Smith has started to turn up the pressure on GPs’ performance and plans to name and shame practices which miss Government targets in the future, particularly on the issue of extended opening hours.

There are 28 practices to visit and each person can attend up to six visits each.
