Around 500 ecstasy tablets and a large block of cannabis were recovered as part of a major council and police crime blitz.
The seizure took place at Eyot Gardens, Hammersmith, as part of the week long Operation JAW (Joint Action Week).
Police found 28 cannabis "baggies" ready to go and stolen property, including a mobile phone.
A 28 year-old man was arrested at the scene and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Joint Action Week is a brand new initiative that builds on the success of recent schemes such as Operation Ten Pin that saw agencies blitz parts of the borough in one day.
JAW targetted the area around Hammersmith Central for a full week and has been deemed a huge success by all the agencies concerned.
On the same day as the ecstasy haul, Thursday, September 10, police and council officers also raided a suspected crack house on Overstone Road, Hammersmith, and confiscated a wealth of drug paraphernalia.
The police are now in the process of obtaining a crack house closure from the courts.
In addition, class A and B drugs were recovered from a property in Franklin Square, West Kensington.
Officers also found a stun gun and several other weapons at the scene.
A 17 year-old was also caught carrying 60 rocks of crack cocaine in a plastic bag near Edith Villas, West Kensington.
Speaking about the various drug confiscations and the success of Operation JAW, Councillor Greg Smith, cabinet member for crime and street scene, said: "Initiatives like this show how committed we are to making the streets of Hammersmith and Fulham safer.
"Operation JAW not only acts as a highly-visible deterrent to criminals but also reassures law-abiding residents that we are here to protect them.
"We have a zero-tolerance attitude to crime in Hammersmith and Fulham and will not rest until our streets are free from those who commit crime and anti-social behaviour."
