A Hemel Hempstead side featuring Brent Rahim, who has won more than 40 international caps for Trinidad & Tobago, proved too strong for a very young Staines Town reserve team in the Capital League last week.
Staines actually took a third-minute lead against their much more experienced hosts through Alfie Arthur, while Ben Nicholson also scored a penalty, but Hemel ran out 4-2 winners.
Staines reserves host Hitchin Town this Wednesday (7.30pm).
