Turning frowns upside down will be one route to a healthier mind, body and spirit demonstrated at a special open day in Colliers Wood.
Laughter classes are on offer, alongside a host of other events and activities, at the free healthy living day organised by community group Making Colliers Wood Happy.
Event organiser Keith Spears said: “It's a good news story and an example of what communities can do to help themselves through good and bad times.”
Yoga, reflexology, massages, blood pressure checks, healthy eating advice and dance and drumming workshops will all be available.
The event will run from 10.30am to 5pm on October 10 at St Joseph’s Hall in Park Road.
