A collection of antique planes graced the skies above Croydon’s Aerodrome to mark its 50th anniversary.
Jody Nicholl captured images of some of the biplanes which took off on Sunday.
The last plane to leave the famous aerodrome was a private flight on September 30, 1959 at 7.45pm.
In total, 12 planes flew over the once-busy skies.
