Darren Ambrose has been set a goal target by manager Neil Warnock following his blistering start to the season in front of goal.
The 25-year-old, signed on a free from Charlton Athletic in the summer, only scored once last season but has already found the back of the net six times in just 12 appearances this campaign.
He is Palace's leading scorer and Warnock revealed he was on the way to meeting his target.
"I've set him a target this year and he is well on his way to meeting it," he said.
"He is an intelligent player and he is fitting in well with us."
