Crystal Palace striker Calvin Andrew could be back in action for the Eagles sooner than expected after being given the all clear to return to the first team.
The former Luton Town man has been out of action since May after injuring the Anterior Cruciate Ligament in his right knee, and was expected not to be available until next month.
However, Palace assistant boss Mick Jones confirmed the 22 year-old could even be part of the squad against Coventry on November 21.
"We have just received the all clear from Calvin's surgeon for him to start playing again," he said.
"It really has been a remarkable comeback because he is way ahead of schedule.
"The surgeon has done a magnificent job on it, but Calvin has worked so hard during his rehabilitation.
"I am absolutely delighted for him as the injury was potentially career threatening but I have never seen a player work as hard as him.
"Hopefully by the time the international break is over we will have another player to choose from."
Meanwhile, defender Nathaniel Clyne has been called up to the England U19 squad to face Turkey in a friendly next Tuesday.
