Police are appealing for witnesses following the unexplained death of a man outside a block of flats in West Norwood.
Officers were called to Summersell House in Benton's Rise at about 6.40pm on November 6, where they found a 23-year-old white man collapsed outside with severe injuries.
Paramedics tried to ressucitate him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police described his injuries as consistent with a fall and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death, which is being treated as unexplained.
A post mortem examination on Saturday found the man, who has not yet been named but was from the local area, died as a result of his injuries.
Police are investigating.
Police constable Andrew Birks said: "We need to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time. Did you see or hear anything?"
