Donate unwanted or unused toys to a good cause this Christmas.
Sutton Council is holding its annual toy collection from December 1 to 18.
Residents are asked to drop off old toys and games in good working order, at either the Civic Offices in Sutton or at the Denmark Road offices in Carshalton.
All items collected will be donated to the charity Vine Project, who will pass them on to families on low incomes that could not otherwise afford to enjoy Christmas.
Councillor Colin Hall, executive member for environment on Sutton Council, said: “We are once again urging residents to have a rummage in their wardrobes, attics, or under the bed and dig out those old toys and games that were once loved but now in need of a new home.
“Christmas should be a special time for everyone and the Vine Project does a superb job making sure children who may otherwise miss out receive a gift on Christmas morning.”
