Three people have been arrested after police uncovered cannabis factories in Wallington last Thursday morning.
Two men aged 22 and 29, and a woman aged 48, were arrested for cultivation of cannabis and one of them was also arrested for possession of cannabis.
Cannabis factories were uncovered in a converted garage in Harcourt Field and in a room at a flat in Harcourt Lodge.
A third address in Croydon Road was also raided where officers found “a quantity of drugs”.
The operations were a combined effort between safer neighbourhood teams (SNTs) and the borough’s intelligence unit.
Inspector Colin Baker, who led the raids, said: “We want residents to tell us if they have concerns about their communities and to report any suspicious behaviour.
“We take all such information seriously and will take appropriate action.”
