A Croydon gym has completed a £500,000 makeover to help people shed their Christmas pounds in the New Year.
The new facilities at Energie Fitness include an adaptive motion trainer, which allows the user to alter their motion at the slightest whim, among its reams of new cardio-vascular equipment and personal viewing screens.
Owner Calum Ross said: “The refurbishment will create a completely new look to the club and demonstrate that Energie is the most modern and vibrant place to train in Croydon.
“We are bringing the very latest equipment on the market to our customers that have been designed to maximise the benefits of a regular fitness regime.”
The club offers new members a unique programme of six personal training sessions with results guaranteed.
Mr Ross said: ”With this unique offering and the high spec equipment and layout of the club, this really is an exciting option for the people of Croydon.”
