Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan has followed through with his promise and paid all the players and management team their wages today.
The pay packet was originally due on December 1 but Jordan was forced to ask Neil Warnock and his squad to wait an extra 10 days to receive their money.
Under Football League rules players would have been able to discuss free transfers to rival clubs if they did not receive their wages by Monday, but Jordan has prevented that happening by paying them today.
