A Croydon charity will be raising awareness about hearing disorder over tinnitus awareness week.
From February 8 to 14 Hidden Hearing, a healthcare provider, and The British Tinnitus Association will be offering free hearing assessments, support and advice.
Tinnitus is a term that describes the sensation of hearing a noise in the absence of an external sound. Ringing, whistling, and buzzing are common.
Hidden Hearing will donate £5 to the British Tinnitus Association for each hearing assessment carried out at any of its centres during February.
Hearing Aid Audiologists will also be available to answer questions and hand out information on Tinnitus during the month.
To arrange a free assessment please call 0208 688 0032 or go to the Hidden Hearing Centre, 19 Park Street, Croydon, CR0 1YD
