A Morden primary school has started a new chapter with the opening of its refurbished library.
The space at St Teresa’s Primary School has been redecorated and restocked with a host of new books.
A new book club has also been launched at the Montecute Road school to make full use of the new facilities.
Associate headteacher Justin Dachtler said: “It’s going to raise standards of literacy across the school.”
Merton deputy mayor Karin Forbes attended the library's official re-opening last week.
