The axed chairman of Kingston’s patient involvement group has been re-appointed more than a year after she and her colleagues were sacked by letter.
Disputes between Kingston Citizen’s Advice Bureau and the independent steering group led to Sandra Berry being removed from K-Link before Christmas 2008.
She was re-elected to the newest incarnation with deputy chairman Theo Harris, from Kingston Centre for Independent Living.
Kingston’s Link is meant to be a voice for patients and users of social care. For more information visit e-voice.org.uk/klink.
