The jury trying two men charged with murdering Croydon father Wesley Blake has been discharged.
Ahmed Jessey, 21, and 24-year-old Henry Buahin were remanded in custody ahead of the new trial, which will restart on March 8.
Mr Blake was shot in the chest while sat in his car in St Saviour’s Road, Thornton Heath on May 18 last year.
Mr Jessey, who lives in St Saviour’s Road, and Mr Buahin, who gave his address as the Premier Inn, Wimbledon, both deny murder.
