A 10-year-old boy was taken to hospital this afternoon after riding his bike into a lamppost.
An ambulance crew was called to Grand Drive in Raynes Park at about 3.40pm.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the boy sustained head injuries and was taken to St Helier Hospital in Sutton.
The spokeswoman said: “We were called just before 3.40pm to reports of a road traffic collision on Grand Drive, Raynes Park.
"We sent one ambulance crew to the scene. Our staff treated a boy with a head injury and took him to St Helier Hospital.”
