Mayor of London Boris Johnson is inviting Lambeth residents to join a debate on climate change in the capital.
He has said the best ideas for making the capital more energy efficient will be incorporated into the city's climate action plans.
To kick start the public consultation, City Hall is hosting an exhibition of celebrity portraits together with their thoughts on climate change.
Stars such as Vivienne Westwood, Rory Bremner and Jane Horrocks have all lent their support.
Mr Johnson said: "To improve quality of life in Lambeth, care for our planet and save money from our pockets, we need to adapt our homes and workplaces, moving London to an energy efficient future.
"This cannot be tackled only with top-down solutions from politicians but through a collective response."
Mr Johnson has pledged to set London on course to cut its carbon footprint by 60 per cent by 2025 and attract tens of thousands of green jobs to the city.
