Graveney School in Tooting held its first ever Citizenship Ceremony last Thursday to celebrate new citizens in the local community.
The event was attended by VIPs including the Mayor of Wandsworth and Tooting MP, Sadiq Khan.
Sixth formers became Deputy Superintendant Registrars for the day and performed the swearing-in ritual.
Faye Mayher, who helped organise the ceremony, said: “This was a fantastic community event. It was very worthwhile and inspiring.”
