A pair of brothers were sentenced for their part in a revenge assault, after they were racially abused outside a Kingston nightclub.
Musa Musa, 23, and Murad Musa, 21, appeared before Kingston Crown Court today (February 19) after being convicted of affray for assaulting two men last July.
Following a street brawl in Kingston town centre on July 18 last year, in which the brothers were racially abused according to night club staff, the brothers were part of a gang which beat their victims unconscious in nearby Wheatfield Way.
Musa Musa, having pleaded guilty, will see out the remainder of a 12-month prison sentence, having already served 198 days on remand.
Murad Musa was told he "was lucky to escape jail" by His Honour Judge Welchman, after he was handed a suspended jail sentence of 50 weeks.
