A3 at New Malden down to one lane
The A3 Kingston bypass between Malden and Tolworth has been reduced to a single lane, southbound.
A burst water main caused mayhem on the road this morning, and road chiefs have warned that the section will not be fully reopened until Tuesday, February 23, at the earliest.
Delays are expected, despite the fact the water leak was fixed by Thames Water on Monday.
