A man charged with sex offences dating back for 35 years has pleaded not guilty, and will now be appearing at Croydon Crown Court in August.
Walter Parish, of Matlock Crescent in Sutton, faces 16 counts of indecent assault on children under the age of 14.
Mr Parish, 63, appeared at Croydon Crown Court on Monday, February 22.
He is accused under the Sex Offenders Act 1956 of indecently assaulting two girls and two boys at various points in the 1970s, 80s and 90s.
The court heard the alleged offences took place over a period of 20-years at Mr Parish’s property.
Twelve of the charges relate to one victim, and took place between 1974 and 1980.
The other four charges, relating to three children, took place between 1987 and 1996.
Mr Parish must appear at Croydon Crown Court on August 16, for the trial.
