The basketball tournament
Teenagers battled for glory on the basketball court in Mitcham last week.
The b2b basketball tournament saw teams of two compete for a place in the London-wide final, which will take place at Battersea Sports Centre in April.
About 80 teenagers took part in Friday’s competition at the Cannons Leisure Centre in in Madeira Road.
It was the fifth in a series of borough tournaments for 11 to 19-year-olds, with the winning teams from each area going on to a grand final on April 5.
