Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has joined QPR as their new manager.
Warnock, 61, became the Championship side's fifth manager of the season after agreeing compensation with the Selhurst Park club.
He has joined the Loftus Road club on a three-and-a-half-year contract.
"This is the perfect time to come in, with the new chairman and structure in place," he told QPR's website.
"Together we can give the club the stability it needs.
"As a manager, Loftus Road is always a place I love because of the fantastic atmosphere there."
QPR chairman Ishan Saksena said Warnock was the club's first choice to take over from caretaker manager Mick Harford, confirming recent speculation about the move.
He said: "He has great experience in English football and a phenomenal track record."
Crystal Palace are currently in administration and joined QPR in a relegation battle after being docked 10 points.
