A teenager was stabbed in a brawl outside a Wimbledon pub on Tuesday night.
The 18-year-old was attacked on the Broadway during a night out with friends. Two others, an 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, suffered head injuries in the street fight at about 11.45pm.
Two of the three were later taken to hospital, but all have since been discharged.
A police spokesman said the group had first become involved in a fight with another group of drinkers at Edwards bar in Hartfield Road earlier that evening, as a result of which one group was thrown out of the pub.
The two groups later saw each other again outside Henry J Bean’s bar on the Broadway – where an argument escalated into a mass brawl.
A 23-year-old man was later arrested and then released on bail in relation to the attack.
A police spokesman said investigating officers are particularly keen to speak to a seperate group of men, seen in fancy dress in Edwards bar earlier that evening, who may have “vital” witness evidence.
Anyone with information about the attack should call Wimbledon CID on 020 8649 3118.
