Croydon’s Burglary Squad have released pictures of items of jewellery they have recovered, in a bid to reunite them with their owners.
The jewellery was recovered following the arrest of a suspected burglar at the end of December, but detectives have not been able to locate the owners of the jewellery.
Detective constable Ronald Vyas, from Croydon’s Property Crime Unit said: “We’re hoping someone will recognise the items as they’re quite distinctive pieces.
“Jewellery can have such great sentimental value to people, so we are hopeful that we can reunite the pieces with their rightful owner.”
Anybody who thinks that they recognise the items, or believes that they are the owner should contact Croydon’s Burglary Squad on 020 8649 1372 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to remain anonymous.
