Tim O'Shea will shuffle his pack this week as Croydon Athletic look to keep alive their hopes of winning four trophies this season.
Goals from Gareth Williams and Gary Noel gave the Rams a 2-0 win over Burgess Hill Town on Saturday, their eighth in a row in all competitions, and kept them second in Ryman Division One South, one point behind leaders Folkestone Invicta.
Tomorrow night they face Crystal Palace in the third round of the Surrey Senior Cup while they are also in the quarter finals of the London Senior Cup and the semi-finals of the League Cup after Thursday's 2-1 win over Division One North leaders Lowestoft Town.
That success though means the Rams have four games a week for the next three weeks and O'Shea admits the strain is bound to take its toll on his players.
"Saturday was our first real look at playing Thursday night and then being ready for the Saturday," he said.
"The boys coped admirably but it does take that edge of you so there is a distinct possibility players will be rested now.
"In fairness to them they want to play every game which is a major plus but it eventually takes its toll.
"It's not like full time football where they play on a Thursday then come in the next morning and have a massage.
"Here some of the players might even go to work straight after the Thursday game if they are doing night shifts."
O'Shea was named manager of the month for February after the Rams won all five of their games.
Despite their run they are still behind Folkestone, who themselves have won the last three and seven out of their last nine games.
"It was excellent to win the award and it is always nice," said O'Shea.
"The way I look at that though is to say if I am getting that then the team must be doing ever so well.
"We won every game and we have started March with two wins.
"Every side at the top seems to be on form at the minute but we just have to keep winning."
Winger Goma Lambu could be out for the season after suffering a recurrence of his knee injury.
Next three fixtures: Mar 11 Crystal Palace (Surrey Senior Cup, h), 13 Fleet Town (a), 16 Dulwich Hamlet (a).
