A photography teacher has received national recognition for his work as a ‘digital innovator’.
Joe Partridge, who works at Croydon Adult Learning and Training Centre in South Norwood, beat off fierce competition from across the UK to win a Further My Learning award for his inspiring use of technology.
Mr Partridge said: “I am thrilled to receive this award and would like to acknowledge all the work and time people have invested in making Croydon Adult Learning and Training a centre of excellence for Further and Adult Education photographic teaching.
“We are incredibly proud of our work and to have it recognised in a national awards scheme is a fantastic boost to all involved.”
The award singled out the part-time tutor as a fantastic example of how technology can be used to support and improve learning and training.
