Garden waste collections will return to Sutton next month.
The fortnightly collections, which will be on the same day as householders' recycling collections, will resume on Monday, April 5.
Each household will be able to put out two reusable plastic sacks, which can be picked up free of charge from any Sutton library, the Civic Offices or the Denmark Road office in Carshalton.
Residents can also buy single-use biodegradable sacks for £1 each for any extra garden waste.
The waste is converted into compost and people can collect from the Reuse and Recycling Centre in Kimpton Park Way to spread on their own gardens.
The collections will run until Friday, December 17.
