The Purley Youth Project (PYP) Juniors ECO Fashion show Wearing not Wasting was held on Wednesday March 10 in the United Reform Church hall.
More than 20 children took part and raised £80 to go towards Christian Aid's Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
PYP organiser, David Garfield said: “The children looked fantastic in their clothes which they made out of paper and newspaper. The fashion was was made possible with the help and guidance of a Croydon artist Soraia Waterhouse who has worked really hard over the past few months.”
PYP Juniors meet every Wednesday at the Purley United Reform Church youth centre from 5pm until 6.45pm. Go to pypjuniors.co.uk or contact David Garfield on 07985 109974 for further information.
