Dancers performed reels with royal approval to mark a special birthday in Wimbledon at the weekend.
About 140 members of the St Andrew Society, a Wimbledon based club founded to celebrate Scottish culture, held a dance to mark its centenary on Saturday night.
The celebrations included the reading of a letter from the Queen - congratulating the club on reaching the milestone.
The party, which also featured a piper and full country dance band, took place at Wimbledon High School in Mansel Road.
The event raised money for St Raphael’s Hospice - a charity that cared for the club’s former honorary piper, Norris Haugh, who died last year.
The society was created 100 years ago as a club for Scots who had emigrated to London.
It now meets for country dancing every Tuesday at Wimbledon Community Centre in St George’s Road.
