Exclusive Yarns is a comedy about a long-running TV soap set in a wool shop that starts a five-week run at the New Wimbledon Studio on Tuesday (August 31).
It is a shop where husband-stealing, blackmail, rehab and knitting are all part of a normal day.
That is until a new shop assistant starts, with more on her mind than angora.
When she's introduced to friends Ian, Terry and Harry, they meet every week to re-enact the latest episodes of their favourite soap opera. It's only a matter of time before mascara runs and shoulder pads get ruffled.
The show features Aimi MacDonald who appeared in The Avengers, The Saint and Rentaghost; Jessica Martin, who was in Bobby Davro's TV Weekly, Me and My Girl, and Mack and Mabel; and Miles Western from Absolutely Fabulous.
It promises to be an amusing take on soap operas and the devoted, obsessive fans who love them.
Book your tickets now for a riotous evening away from the box. Tickets start at £8.50 (£6.50 concessions). For performance times and tickets call 0870 060 6646.
