Croham Hurst School will welcome a new headteacher at the start of the academic year in September. Jane Abbotts says she is looking forward to taking over at the independent girls' school in Croham Road, South Croydon.
She said: "I expect to develop further the high-quality education for girls in which I believe passionately." Mrs Abbotts succeeds Sue Budgen who left last month after 11 years.
