My daughter and I have both had some wonderful luck within days of each other thanks to a couple of good honest locals.
My story is from Sunday, August 28, at the Tesco store in Purley when I absent-mindedly left £40 in the cashpoint machine.
To my complete surprise some kind person handed it in to customer services.
My daughter was also pleased to receive a package (although it needed stamps) to find it was her A-level results found at Warlingham station and returned.
A big thank you to these kind people.
