Killed: Danny Tyson
Two unemployed men have appeared in court accused of the murder of Daniel Tyson.
William Scott, 54, and David Howard, 42, both of Winchcombe Road, Carshalton, appeared at Sutton Magistrates' Court this morning.
The pair have been remanded in custody and were ordered to appear at the Old Bailey on July 20 to submit their plea.
