This year's event will include jazz, falconry, wandering entertainers, and other performances, between 11am and 5pm on Monday, May 3.
Revellers will be plunged back in time into the fashion highs and lows of its founding year 1985, with a 1980s fancy dress competition recalling the days of disco.
A balloon race at 4.15pm in the Market Place will raise money for child cancer charity Momentum.
